Having been out of the workforce for 12 years, I did the BFEI Essential Office IT Skills as a step towards refreshing my skills and enhancing my marketability. It was a morning only course which suited my lifestyle as a parent. I met many wonderful people who had different reasons for doing the course. some were changing job, others like me were hoping to get back into the workforce after a period of absence. the course content was ideal, and through my work experience module, I secured an administration job in the Public Sector. The staff at BFEI were very knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive at all times. I would strongly recommend the Essential Office IT Skills course for anyone loooking for a career in Office Administration.
