Taoiseach, Tanaiste and Minister for Education launch National Skills Strategy at BFEI…

On Wednesday 27 January, BFEI was delighted to welcome Taoiseach Enda Kenny TD, Tánaiste Joan Burton TD, Minister for Education and Skills Jan O'Sullivan TD and Minister of State at the Department of Education and Skills & the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Damien English, to launch the National Skills Strategy 2025.  Also in attendance was Councillor Pat Hand from the Dublin and Dún Laoghaire Education and Training Board (DDLETB)  and its CEO, Paddy Lavelle,  Mary Mitchell O’Connor TD,  Chairperson of our Board of Management, Dr Justin Sinnott and members of our Board.

Visitors were given a tour of our state-of-the-art campus and an apportunity to meet students from our Creative Multimedia and Theatrical Media Make Up courses before the launch took place.  Full details of this strategy can be viewed by clicking here.
