I came to BFEI a little lost and unsure what to do with my studies. The moment I stepped inside the BFEI building, I was met with a friendly smile and I felt a wave of comfort and reassurance in my decision.  I found myself each day finding more enjoyment in the array of modules we studied. I also really enjoyed having a small class as we became a really close group. I loved the whole experience of becoming President of the Social Committee, creating experiences for others in the college was super creative and fun to pursue! The course prepared me in more ways than one for further study in this field. For instance, we practised group work assignments, led presentations, and learned how to present assignments.

This course not only allows you entry into the field of nutrition/exercise but also provides an introduction into psychology.  The Tutors always gave me a boost of confidence and were available if I had any query or concern.  I am so glad I chose to study at BFEI, and I could not recommend the college enough, thanks so much to everyone I met and was lucky to share the experience with.
