Led by Michele Menis of Belfield bike shop, you'll learn the ins and outs of bike care, troubleshooting common issues, and mastering basic repairs. No prior experience required – just a passion for cycling and a willingness to get your hands greasy!

The course will cover the following:
1- Dealing with punctures
2- Knowing and adjusting brakes
3- Knowing and adjusting gears
4- General wear and tear, checking bearings and sprockets
5- Checking headsets. Spokes and wheels
6- Cycling position. Cleaning. Safety check
