I decided to attend BFEI for a one year full-time course in Auctioneering, Estate Agency and  Valuation as a precursor  to a part-time Level 6 course in IT Tallaght.  As a mature student  this proved invaluable as the tuition and guidance I received in BFEI enabled me to tackle the higher level course  with confidence and enthusiasm.  The Continuous Assessments (CAs) in BFEI,  in particular, were of a similar high standard  to the ones I have encountered in ITT, giving me, I believe, an advantage over other students in the time management of these projects.  The decision to attend a one year full-time course was not one that I took lightly, but one that has proven extremely beneficial. I would recommend it to  anyone, young or old, who is contemplating  a career in a property related industry.
