I chose BFEI because of its reputation for the Theatrical, Media & Fashion Make-Up Artistry Course. Doing the course was the best decision of my life! It was really hard work but I got through it and it gave me such a broad insight into all this industry has to offer. After finishing the Make-Up course, I choose to do Salon Management because I want it for my future. I would love to work in Fashion Photographic Make-Up and travel the world but then I want to come back and settle down and hopefully run my own business. The Salon Management course will give me the skills I need to be a manager and business owner. There are many aspects of the course that relate to my career now as well as helping me for my future. We are learning sales techniques and marketing, how to use salon booking systems, cash-flow forecasts, health and safety in the salon, client care and so much more. We also do modules to get extra qualifications such as Waxing, Microdermabrasion and Bridal Make-Up. I am really enjoying it.
