Join Val, experienced chef and fermentation expert, for an 8- week deep dive into the world of lacto-fermentation. 

In this immersive 6 week course, you'll learn how to ferment everything from vegetables and beverages to grains and dairy, gaining a deep understanding on the science behind Lacto Fermentation. 

Dive into hands-on sessions featuring sauerkraut, kefir, kombucha, while learning how to incorporate these ferments into everyday meals. 

Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this course will empower you to create delicious, gut-healthy ferments in your own kitchen. 
Plus, enjoy a special tasting session at Val's fermentation lab in the final week!
